Meet the Founder
Dorota McKay, MBA, CPA, CMA, CFE
Dorota McKay is a creative problem solver with a passion for finance and personal development. She brings over 15 years of experience in the medtech and life science industries in finance, technical accounting, reporting and audit roles.
As the founder of BeaconCliff, she provides CFO advisory, technical accounting and financial reporting support to her clients and helps finance teams achieve high performance through her transformational workshops and process improvement events.
She started her career in public accounting in 2010 and transitioned to industry in 2015. Dorota has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds active CPA, CMA and CFE designations. She is a corporate trainer and coach certified in Canfield Methodology and a Certified Culture Transformation Tools Practitioner with the Barrett Values Centre.
